Hello Penn Staters,
My name is Dane Zdunowski, your 2026-2027 President! My involvement with the Philadelphia alumni chapter began in 2023 as the Professional Development Director.
Since graduating from Penn State in 2005, I have been involved with both thePhiladelphia alumni chapter as well as the Penn State Abington Alumni Society, where Iserved as President from 2018 to 2020.

Increase Alumni Engagement
Lifelong learning and growth opportunities for our alumni community through professional development events.
Impact the Community
Make an impact on our Philadelphia community through service engagement opportunities.
Strengthen Local Partnerships
Support & Empower fellow volunteers.
Fundraise for the Greater Good
Continue to support and grow our Liberty Ball to benefit fundraising efforts for THON and the Four Diamonds Fund.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB): creating a welcoming environment where every alumnus feels valued and connected.
Support PSU Alumni Groups
Collaboration with other local Penn State alumni groups to enhance the opportunities available for all Penn Staters.
Stay Connected
I cannot fully express how honored and excited I am to serve the Philadelphia alumni chapter and the over 17,000 Penn Staters who call Philadelphia home. I hope to meet you at an event soon. We Are!
